Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in dementia care and palliative care to join our healthcare team on a part-time/temporary basis. This position is located in SG15 6YA, Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, empathetic care for patients with dementia and those requiring palliative support.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing vital signs, managing symptoms, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a relevant nursing degree/diploma.
- Proven experience in dementia and palliative care.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and in emotionally challenging situations.
