Recruitment Administrator – Care Services
Fixed Term Contract - 8 months
£24,000 - 27,000 p/a DOE

Role Overview
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will have a passion for delivering excellent candidate experience and a keen eye for detail. You will work collaboratively with the recruitment consultants as well as other internal departments, supporting a seamless recruitment journey for our candidates.
What you’ll do:
- Creating job adverts and posting on a range of platforms.
- Sourcing candidates from various job boards for harder to fill roles.
- Initial vetting of applications to assess suitability.
- Ensuring Taleo is always up to date to show the process of the candidate's journey.
- Manage the recruitment mailboxes, responding to candidate enquiries in a timely manner.
- Working as part of a team and being able to cover handovers for peers when they’re on annual leave.
- Champion diversity and inclusion adopting a fair and inclusive hiring process.
- Support with Projects that sit outside BAU activities
- Support Recruiters & the Recruitment Delivery Managers on recruitment administration tasks as required
What you’ll bring:
- Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Working at pace and being able to manage the expectations of various managers.
- Good understanding of recruitment practices
- Good customer service skills
- Highly motivated, with excellent communication skills
- Good computer literacy skills, including Excel
- Keen eye for detail and high accuracy levels
- Well organised and able to work on own initiative
- Previous experience working with ATS – Workday/Taleo (desirable)
