As a BIM & Smart Systems Analyst, you will be an integral part of a newly formed team, providing key support for our BIM offering across our public sector accounts in the UK.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment and ongoing development of Smart Systems, with the goal of enabling all contracts to optimise their usage of the products.
Reporting directly to the Product Owner within the Smart Systems team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
Your main responsibilities will include the management, support, and delivery of Smart Systems solutions. This will encompass BIM (Building Information Modelling), Smart Buildings, IoT deployments, and some elements of data analytics.
You will play a key role in helping our clients maximise the potential of these technologies, contributing to the overall efficiency and performance of their facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Technical experience and use of BIM (required).
Experience with AutoCAD & Revit (required).
Knowledge of workplace environment (space utilisation, air quality, comfort, and lighting).
Excellent analytical skills and strong Excel knowledge (able to perform data analysis on raw data).
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Communication skills – able to share technical information in an easily understood way to a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong team player.
Awareness of CAFM (preferably Trirega).
Good MS Office skills.
Ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively.
Awareness of new technologies and trends in the industry.
Experience of using AI (Copilot/ChatGPT) to help with tasks.
Ability to achieve SC Clearance: SC Clearance - Eligibility Criteria.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Be a trusted advisor, working with ISS BIM and Clients' BIM, and help tailor solutions for account teams.
Participate in the early stages of Smart Systems within FM, leveraging IT and data to enhance efficiency.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with training provided on how to integrate data into CAFM (IBM Tririga).
Participate in Smart Buildings training and data management, with a focus on learning during the first year based on needs.
Handle BIM (one-third of the role), working with AutoCAD models, using Revit plug-ins to integrate asset information.
Ensure the integration of BIM data into CAFM, which will improve maintenance capabilities in the future.
