A bit about the job
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing and controlling non-conventional claims processes across our Commercial Lines classes. You'll collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across all areas of our business. You can use your extensive knowledge to develop and refine procedures that support our growth. You'll actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and simplify customer and administrative processes. You'll have the chance to guide and mentor others, boosting both individual and team performance. The role supports the management of claims floats by reconciling TPA data, facilitating reimbursements, and ensuring accurate financial bookings. You'll also maintain case estimates and issue claims summaries and bordereaux to recover fronted excesses, VAT, and reinsurance claims.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience and working knowledge of the general insurance market and a good working knowledge of professional standards and codes.
- Have an understanding of the London Market and various types of insurance.
- Knowledge of external environment and external developments with respect to business unit.
- Detailed knowledge of a specific process or product area and ability to translate knowledge and experience into recommendations to add value to the business.
- Excellent customer engagement skills.

- Salary circa £30000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
