Full time (40 hours a week. Shifts run Monday to Friday with various shift patterns 7:30am – 4:30pm, 8am – 5pm, 9:30am – 6:30pm. Will be an expectation of successful candidates to do a mixture of these shifts a week)

Role Overview
As the Administration Team Leader, you will be supervising and coordinating all back of house administration requirements to help ensure the smooth running of the administration team and needs of the customer. You will also help to deliver all ‘Administrator’ duties as and when required.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
Proactively manage issues which arise in administration matters, be that to do with the customer experience or your team.
Act as the Centre Complaints Handler, being the first point of contact for any customer complaints and logging and responding to these in an appropriate and timely manner with the help of the Centre Manager, Health Services Manager and/or clinical colleagues.
Manage the customer journey (prior to, during and after the appointment), responding immediately to requests accordingly to ensure a seamless customer journey
Monitor and control all commercial impact work carried out by the administrative team. E.g. Credit card capture and un-invoiced charges
Effective support in diary management and customer booking to maximise revenue
Coordinate all administrators’ working patterns and annual leave to ensure the needs of the business, both front and back of house are fulfilled.
Manage the performance of all employees within in your team by ensuring that appropriate objectives are set, appropriate behaviours are discussed, and training and development plans are in place.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Management/Supervisor/Team Leader experience ideally in clinical setting
Experience with people management
Experience within administration in a clinical setting
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills – manage own workload
Strong organisational skills
Flexible and open to change
IT literate – Microsoft office proficient
