Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Social Care Direct – Wakefield

Pay Rate: £ 35/per hour
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker for our esteem client, your role will involve triaging these referrals, providing urgent responses, offering advice and information, and signposting. You will be responsible for triaging requests for social care assessments and safeguarding referrals.
Requirements for the role:
- Triage new referrals, including social care assessments and safeguarding, providing urgent responses, advice, and signposting.
- Attend multi-agency meetings and lead new initiatives and team developments.
- Utilise specialist qualifications (BIA, AMHP, Practice Educator, or ASYE Assessor) to support best practice.
- Communicate effectively over the phone, handling varied, fast-paced, and crisis intervention work.
- Perform non-case-holding duties, focusing on short-term assessments and rapid decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
