As the Food & Beverage Manager at one of our London venues, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to the table. If you're confident in your abilities, passionate about great food and drink, and can strike the perfect balance between professionalism and fun, we want to hear from you!
This role is a delightful mix of leadership, attention to detail, and a love for exceptional customer service. You'll be the maestro of the entire food and beverage department, ensuring every dish and drink meets our high standards. Plus, you'll be the go-to person for navigating health and safety regulations, making sure everyone stays safe and happy. Your skills in managing stocks, ordering, and analysing stocktaking results will help drive our mission to become the UK’s most loved Casinos.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B Manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation.
- Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
- Minimum level 3 food safety
- A real passion for delivering the highest standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
