In this job, I am accountable for:
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed Pensions KPI's
- To complete processing / reviewing transactions as per the agreed SLA by ensuring good quality scores and meet
the agreed utilization. Identify any risks and compliance impact issues and mitigate
- Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
- To actively give ideas and involve in running service and process improvement projects within the team giving
tangible benefits to the organization
- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
- To constantly seek legislation update and be up to date on the Pensions Knowledge
- To understand the pan pension concepts to clear accreditation at all levels
