Job Title: Reward Business Partner (UK Insurance)
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours, Permanent
Location: Salford Quays, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds (Hybrid working at one of these office locations)
Salary: Up to £65,000
About the role
We are seeking a Reward Business Partner to join our dynamic team supporting our UK Insurance business unit. This role is pivotal in driving organisational change and enhancing reward strategies. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to move at pace, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver reward solutions that align with business objectives and support organizational change.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored reward solutions.
- Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking.
- Lead projects, utilizing strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel to drive insights and improvements.
- Collaborate on reviewing and shaping pay frameworks, particularly within the contact centre environment.
- Support and drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Broad experience in reward strategy, including pay reviews, bonuses, and benefits.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies such as Hays/Korn Ferry and Willis Towers Watson.
- Proven ability to engage positively with senior stakeholders, with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in leading projects and driving organisational change.
