About the Role
As our Senior Property Manager, you'll be a key player in our Property & Construction team, managing our diverse studio portfolio across the UK and Germany. You’ll own everything lease-related—negotiating deals, ensuring compliance, and keeping things running. But that’s not all—you’ll also be the go-to support for our Property & Construction Director- helping streamline operations, procurement, and performance. This is a part time position of three days a week based in Bristol.
What you'll be working on:
- Lead lease management across our UK & Germany portfolio—think renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and negotiations.
- Own landlord relationships—you’ll be our trusted representative and go-between, driving collaborative partnerships.
- Support construction ops—from admin and procurement to process improvement and supplier performance tracking.
- Be the lease expert—guiding internal teams on obligations, costs, and critical dates.
- Champion continuous improvement—streamline workflows, manage documentation, and drive efficiency across the board.
What we're after:
You’re a skilled communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail. You're passionate about being part of a thriving business and can effortlessly balance various priorities with ease.
Must haves:
- 5+ years of lease/property management experience (tenant-side)
- Strong grasp of UK property law
- Commercial savvy, analytical mindset, and cost-conscious thinking
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills
- Fluent in navigating lease terms, financials, and landlord relations
- Self-starter attitude with a collaborative edge
Bonus points:
- Experience with German lease law or working with properties in Germany
- RICS membership or similar professional qualification
- Passion for music, creative spaces, or startup energy

As this is a part time position, we are offering a salary of £30,000 for this role (FTE-£50,000). Alongside that we offer:
