With Valentine’s Day and International Women’s Day fast approaching, we are seeking skilled and passionate florists to join our team for the busy season.
About the Role:
As an experienced florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning bouquets and arrangements in a high-paced environment. A strong focus on intricate wrapping techniques and crafting large-scale, elegant floral arrangements—such as bouquets featuring 150 roses—is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble luxury bouquets, ensuring all designs meet our quality and aesthetic standards.
- Skillfully wrap bouquets to reflect a premium and sophisticated presentation.
- Work efficiently to meet daily order quotas without compromising quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Handle flowers with care, ensuring freshness and longevity in every arrangement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a florist, ideally in a high-demand, luxury floral environment.
- Advanced bouquet-making skills, including experience with large arrangements like 150-rose bouquets.
- Expertise in creative wrapping techniques to elevate bouquet presentation.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for floral artistry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods (e.g., evenings and weekends).
