Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Mental Health – Wakefield
Location: Wakefield
Pay Rate: £ 35/per hour
Our client is seeking an experienced Adults Mental Health Social Worker. The position requires extensive experience in the field and involves working 3 days in the office.
What will your responsibilities be:
- Bring a distinctive social and rights-based perspective to their work.
- Focus on personalisation and recovery to support people in making positive, self-directed changes.
- Work in partnership with people using services, their families, and carers to optimise involvement and collaborative solutions.
- Manage challenging and complex risks for individuals and society.
- Make decisions within complicated legal frameworks to balance and protect the rights of different parties.
- Collaborate with professionals in health, social care, housing, employment, and other sectors to identify and access local services.
- Take an outcomes-focused, person-centred approach to safeguarding practice.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
