The RPA Delivery and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and operations of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role focuses on infrastructure, platform stability, governance, and operational excellence, ensuring seamless RPA deployments while managing technical and business expectations
1. RPA Delivery & Governance
•Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of RPA solutions, from design, development, deployment, and support.
•Define and enforce RPA governance best practices, including coding standards, security, and compliance.
•Collaborate with business teams, developers, and infrastructure teams to align RPA solutions with enterprise IT strategy.
•Ensure quality assurance, scalability, and high availability of RPA solutions.
2. Infrastructure & Platform Management
•Oversee the RPA infrastructure setup, including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
•Manage RPA platform architecture, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
•Work closely with IT teams to maintain and optimize virtual machines (VMs), servers, databases, and cloud resources supporting RPA bots.
•Ensure patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery plans for RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
3. Operations & Support
•Monitor and maintain RPA bot performance, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
•Implement incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement strategies.
•Establish and oversee 24/7 bot monitoring, alerts, and automated health checks.
•Work on scalability planning for infrastructure and manage license utilization.
4. Security & Compliance
•Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with regulatory standards like GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
•Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and encryption mechanisms for RPA systems.
•Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to perform risk assessments and vulnerability management.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
•Work closely with business units, IT teams, and automation CoE to align RPA objectives with business goals.
•Manage relationships with RPA vendors, third-party service providers, and consultants.
•Evaluate and recommend new RPA tools, platforms, and cloud migration strategies.
•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•7+ years of experience in RPA delivery, infrastructure, or IT operations.
•Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate).
•Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
•Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automation frameworks.
•Familiarity with ITIL framework, service management, and incident resolution processes.
•Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
