In this role, you’ll provide supervision and expert guidance to Social Workers, Support Workers, and Support Planners, while holding a small, manageable caseload to maintain hands-on practice. You'll play a key part in quality assurance, service development, and shaping care pathways. As a mentor, you’ll support the growth of junior staff and students, with access to training and support to complete or refresh your AMHP and BIA qualifications.
About You:
