Key Responsibilities
Maintain Tableau & PowerBI products, including site administration and license reviews
Manage change requests to existing BI products
Produce user documentation and training materials
Support the creation of BI content for commercial bids, including videos and images
Collaborate with client account teams and BI resources to design, build, and roll out high-quality products with continuous improvement
Implement BI project designs to deliver optimal outcomes across the enterprise
Foster a culture of innovation by contributing solutions that enhance performance, decision-making, and the sharing of best practices
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Tableau expertise required, as all customer reports are hosted there
Power BI experience is ideal
General data analysis background
SQL skills preferred, with qualifications or experience in this area
Experience in a data analyst role, with high demand and pipeline growth as part of the role
