This role is integral to our mission, focusing on the management and development of therapist networks to enhance our customer proposition.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
As the Therapy Networks Lead, you will:
- Deliver and maintain detailed consultant network reporting, collaborating with Data & Analytics teams.
- Define and implement tactical interventions to grow consultant capacity and improve customer experience.
- Conduct annual reviews of therapist network fees, considering market conditions and making recommendations to senior management.
- Manage relationships with key therapy bodies and providers to gain market insights and endorse changes in Bupa’s approaches.
- Play an active role in the Provider Management team, contributing to Bupa’s strategy and fostering a culture of risk management and issue resolution.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences sectors
- Expertise in data analysis and insight, with the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare economics.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes of change or tactical interventions.
- Project management experience is desirable
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.
