How you’ll help us make health happen:
As the Clinician Network Manager, you will:
- Conduct annual reviews of clinician network fees, considering market conditions and making recommendations to senior management.
- Define and implement tactical interventions to grow clinician capacity and improve customer experience.
- Develop and deliver a flexible fee negotiation framework to maintain critical capacity in the network.
- Identify and tackle high-cost outliers across all networks using detailed analytical methodologies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for managing the end-to-end profiling process.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Highly analytical and commercial, with the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare economics.
- Experience managing a team is desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes of change or tactical interventions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.
